Understanding the new home developments’ process

Stage 1 - Design

No matter how small or large your new home development is, our team is here to help. We’ll provide a range of pre-existing designs if necessary and use that as a starting point. The design stage of the process is essential and helps us to understand what you’re looking for and provide the best advice and solutions for you.

Stage 2 - Planning & Development Approval

Once we have the right design that ticks all the boxes and works functionally and efficiently, we’ll move on to the planning process. This involves getting the plans into a usable blueprint and ensuring that any planning and development approvals required are obtained from your local council. Don’t worry – we’ll do all of that for you and liaise with your council on your behalf!

Stage 3 - Finishes and specifications

The next stage of development involves working with you to find the right finishes and specifications inside and out to bring your development to life. By ensuring that we know exactly what your development is going to look like, we can provide a fixed quote estimate so that there are no surprise costs waiting for you down the line.

Stage 4 - Construction

Once you’ve signed off on the building contract, we’ll begin the actual building of your development. Terry Casey will oversee and manage every aspect of the construction and keep an eye at all times and throughout all phases of the build. We only use trusted contractors and the finest of materials for our homes.

Stage 5 - Key handover
